Both visitors and exhibitors share the impressions that BGate had boosted their business - numerous business meetings were carried out during the event, a lot of precious new contacts were created, successful deals were made and that is the right way to create new partnerships.

The conference program attracted a number of participants and kept the focus upon essential issues concerning the process of growth and development of the domestic and international textile business:

   - Reports from D-r Franz J. PITNIK (chairman of the Austrian Clothing Industry Association), eng. Wolfgang WEIS (Weis Consulting GmbH, Germany), as well as representatives of leading companies and academics operating in the textile and clothing industries.

   - Discussions on the National strategy for development of the Bulgarian clothing sector was hold.

   - Presentations of innovative specialized software products, eco-standards and informational services were hold.

The designers' area, which was arranged for the first time this year, turned out to be a very successful initiative - the representative stands of numerous Bulgarian universities, colleges and projects, preparing young fashion talents provoked a huge industry and media interest.

The exhibitor's fashion shows presented their latest collections and designs in front of professional audience.

The visitors enjoyed also the young designers' show - fresh ideas and experiments by graduates of Bulgarian fashion colleges and universities.

The strong results and the positive domestic and international response gives a clear indication that BGate fulfills successfully it's concept of a modern textile forum with a constantly growing regional significance.
