What is BGate?

BGate is Bulgaria’s largest sourcing exhibition dedicated to worldwide professionals in the textile and clothing industries. The event brings together hundreds of leading Bulgarian firms and thousands of international professionals from the industry.

BGate targets companies seeking to expand their global competitiveness. Companies are realizing the need for consolidation of the Bulgarian apparel and textile industry. BGate provides a forum that facilitates partnerships among industry professionals in neighboring countries.

For three days – from 4th to 6th October 2007 – Inter Expo and Sofia Congress Centre were the hosts of the 5th edition of BGate, the Balkan Apparel and Textile Exhibition.

BGate Style – Branded apparel from Bulgaria and the Balkan countries;

BGate Fast Fashion Industry – Producers of textiles and clothing, working as subcontractors on CM, CMT or Private label basis;

BGate Equipment and services – Producers and importers of equipment and accessories for the T&C industry, providers of services.

BGate has demonstrated impressive growth since its inception in 2003, reaching the number of 120 exhibitors in 2006. Exhibitors in BGate come from all major sectors of the apparel and textile industries: Clothing, Textiles, Yarns, Accessories, Equipment and Services.
